IMPORTANT - On this page you can make ‘deposit payments’ and ‘final balance payments’.

(All 2026 tour prices shown in our website are in GBP and US dollars. You card provider or bank will be charged by us in GBPs The exchange rate used to convert the dollar value to GBPs, was set on Jan 9th 2025.)

How To Make A Deposit Payment For Your Tour

Step One : Once you’ve selected the tour that you wish to join, inform us by email that you would like to make a deposit payment, ( seymourtravels@europe.com ) and tell us which tour you’d like to sign up for. Alternatively we will inform you that a deposit needs to be made. From 2026 onwards all prices quoted will be in GBPs and deposits of £1000 per person/per tour will be required.

Step Two : We will email you a confirmation and ask you to click the appropriate payment link (below) for your tour. Your tour place is secure once you receive this payment confirmation from us.

Step 3 : When clicking on the link below, you will be asked to pay a £1000 GBP deposit for each person travelling. If you also see a US payment button, ignore it. You must pay in GBPs

Step 4 : Fill out your card details and make the required payment.

Step 5 : We will see the transaction and once it has cleared we will send you a payment confirmation. Keep that email for your records.

Any and all payments are subject to our ‘Terms and Condition's’. Email seymourtravels@europe.com in order to receive them.

Your deposit payment is non refundable after 2 weeks. Please provide yourself with travel insurance.

How To Make A Final Balance Payment For Your Tour

Step One : We will send you an email within 2 - 3 months of your tour departure date. The email will contain more tour information, such as your starting hotel, time to meet your guide etc. It will also request that you make your final tour balance payment. This email will include the final per person balance shown in US dollars as advertised in Jan 2025 ( worked out at a rate equivalent to £0.80 to $1.00). When ready, please head back to this page and select the correct tour from the list below and click on the Final Tour Payment link.

Important : The amount you actually pay will be in GBPs. You card provider or bank will be charged by us in GBPs. The exchange rate we have used to convert the dollar value to GBPs, was set in Jan 2025

Step Two : Follow the online instructions to make a payment.

Step Three : Fill out your card details and make the required payment. If paying for more than one person, use the scroll button o your payments page to select the number of persons you are paying for.

Step Four : When we see the transaction ( this may take a couple of days), and once it has cleared we will send you a payment confirmation. Keep that email for your records.

( We reserve the right to adjust all pricing if we deem it necessary. This will only happen if the GBP or USD fluctuate strongly and will be applied to ensure the tour runs. It may result in our US consumers paying slightly more OR less than the price shown for their tour and will be reflected in your final payment invoice.)
