IMPORTANT - On this page you can make ‘deposit payments’ and ‘final balance payments’.

(All tour prices shown in our website are in US dollars. You card provider or bank will be charged by us in GBPs or USDs and the exchange rate used will be set as it was on Jan 5th 2025.)

How To Make A Deposit Payment For Your Tour

Step One : Once you’ve selected the tour that you wish to join, inform us by email that you would like to make a deposit payment, ( seymourtravels@europe.com ) and tell us which tour you’d like to sign up for.

Step Two : We will email you a confirmation and ask you to click the appropriate payment link (below) for your tour. Your tour place is secure once you receive this payment confirmation from us.

Step 3 : When clicking on the link below, you will be asked to pay a $1000 (or it’s equivalent in GBPs as of the exchange rate set on Jan 5th 2025) deposit for each person travelling

Step 4 : Fill out your card details and make the required payment.

Step 5 : We will see the transaction and once it has cleared we will send you a payment confirmation. Keep that email for your records.

Any and all payments are subject to our ‘Terms and Condition's’. Email seymourtravels@europe.com in order to receive them.

Your deposit payment is non refundable after 2 weeks. Please provide yourself with travel insurance.

How To Make A Final Balance Payment For Your Tour

Step One : We will send you an email within 2 - 3 months of your tour departure date. The email will contain more tour information, such as your starting hotel, time to meet your guide etc. It will also request that you make your final tour balance payment. This email will include the final per person balance shown in US dollars as advertised in Jan 2025 ( worked out at a rate equivalent to £0.80 to $1.00), and may include a discount/promotion code, when applicable. Please head back to this page and select the correct tour from the list below and click on the Final Tour Payment link. Important : The amount you actually pay below will differ from your final balance invoice total due to fluctuating exchange rates. You will be allowed to pay in USD or GBPs.

Step Two : Follow the online instructions to make a payment with your debit or credit card. The amount to pay will be shown in GBPs and US dollars which will reflect the advertised US dollar value shown on the website, as on Jan 5th 2025. You may use either the USD or GBP payment button. If paying for more than one person, click on the scroll down arrow on that page and adjust the number of people that you are paying for. The payment total will change, giving you the correct total.

Step Three : If applicable, click the ‘Discount or Promotion’ button and type in your code.

Step Four : Fill out your card details and make the required payment.

Step Five : We will see the transaction and once it has cleared we will send you a payment confirmation. Keep that email for your records.

( We reserve the right to adjust all pricing if we deem it necessary. This will only happen if the GBP or USD fluctuate strongly and will be applied to ensure the tour runs. It may result in our US consumers paying slightly more OR less than the price shown for their tour and will be reflected in your final payment invoice.)
