This tour will be based on two locations… Oban and Ullapool….just two hotels.
From Oban we will visit the famous abbey on the small island of Iona. In the process we will visit the island of Mull
Whilst staying in Ullapool we will head out on a marine adventure and take a boat trip up to the Summer Isles and visit the very atmospheric castle of Ardvreck…..it’s special !
A favourite tour destination is Kilmartin Glen and Dunadd. Neolithic, Bronze Age and Iron Age Scotland at its very best. Scotland is famous for its castles, its distilleries and its landscape, all of which are a part of this exciting adventure. Join us, there is so much more.

This tour is for small groups (4-12), accompanied by 2 guides (for groups of more than 6), travelling in comfortable minibuses (1 or 2 depending on group size), which enable us to get into many places that big buses just can’t. They also provide us with opportunities to ‘dash’ down a country lane to explore something new and unique.… An adventure!
Included: All necessary transportation and admissions whilst you are with me. 9 nights hotel accommodation. All breakfasts, 3 lunches (picnics where I think it could enhance the trip) and 2 dinners. All activities are subject to possible change. I will finalise tour details closer to the tour start date. Tour guide tipping is discretionary.
